Here are 3 things that you can do to avoid, or treat, persistent joint pain:
1. Know the Cause Back and joint pain can be caused by many different factors. It’s important to keep a list of symptoms that you experience along with the pain. This list will come in handy when you need to speak with your doctor about your issues

2. Get the Relief You Need
If you figured out what’s causing your joint pain, the next step is to get the relief you need. Of course, if the pain is persistent, you need to take a pain reliever. Choose pain relievers that are all natural and homeophatic as they’re better for you in the long run.
3. Get a Lot of Rest
Sharp pain in joints is caused by putting too much pressure on them. Naturally, if you can rest your aching joints and bones, you’ll experience less pain. It doesn’t mean you have to sit and lay down all day. You just have to lessen the joint pressure. So let’s say, you’re walking 30 minutes a day as a form of exercise, cut it down to only 20 minutes. It’s that simple.
